This is a high precision picking tool for new Double Clutched VAG locks. This new lock was being used in VW cars starting 2005. After 2007 it is being used in all VW group vehicles.
As you see in the pictures above, the lock has the old cltch against "balde" type picks and freewheels with the help of lock body ribs. In addition to this feature a second clutch is added to prevent conventional tension tools to operate.
